Movie Night with Author Heidi McLaughlin!

If you’ve attended any one of our four years of Talkbooks Author Event, then you should know who Heidi is. If you’ve head your head stuck in a book and you do not know who she is then, we will tell you a little about Heidi (so then maybe you can have your head stuck in her books 😉 )…

Author Heidi McLaughlin, has a special place with us at Talkbooks Author Event. She has not only attended our event as an author every year (since year one), but she has also been right next to us since we started our blog, Talkbooks, five years ago. So needless to say, we have not only been one of Heidi biggest supporters, but more importantly, she has been one of our BIGGEST supporters. And if you’ve been to one of our epic after parties and taken a picture in our awesome photo booth, then you can thank Heidi for that because she has graciously been the sponsor for that photo booth.

Heidi is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today Bestselling author of The Beaumont Series, The Boys of Summer, and The Archers.

Originally, from the Pacific Northwest, she now lives in picturesque Vermont, with her husband, two daughters, and their three dogs.

In 2012, Heidi turned her passion for reading into a full-fledged literary career, writing over twenty novels, including the acclaimed Forever My Girl.

When writing isn’t occupying her time, you can find her sitting courtside at either of her daughters’ basketball games.

Heidi’s first novel, Forever My Girl,

has been adapted into a motion picture with LD Entertainment and Roadside Attractions, starring Alex Roe and Jessica Rothe, and opened in theaters on January 19, 2018.

And that is what leads us to our MOVIE NIGHT WITH HEIDI!

Since Forever My Girl, was recently adapted into a movie and played on the big screen nation wide (I know right, how cool is that?) We thought it would be fun to give you the opportunity to watch the movie with her.

Forever My Girl the movie will be released in digital form right before our event. So, we are super excited to share with you an opportunity for a special viewing of the movie with Heidi!
