North Shore Author Signing now has a NEW NAME!!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

 We are happy to announce to you that as of June 2016, the North Shore Author Signing has officially changed names! 

We’d like to welcome you to the brand new page for our annual author signing event, the Talkbooks Author Event!  

Before you continue, we’d like for you to be rest assured that the TAE event is still being ran and hosted by the same people as the previous 3 years, we just simply have a new name going forward.😉

So, just in case you aren’t aware of us, here is a little of our event history…

Each of our events has taken place in a City just outside of Boston, MA., 

Peabody, MA is about 15-20 minutes just North of Boston. The Boston Peabody Marriott has been the home to our event and will be for 2017 as well. More details coming soon!


Before you go here is a note from us…

Hey Loves~

So as you may have heard or witnessed first hand, our last three events were all such a huge success. We are happy to say that we just hosted our third annual event this past April (2016). During which we had 400 attendees! To us, (and we hope you) the last 3 years have been just simply amazing! So, if you were a part of one of our events, we just wanted to say thank you again! We just can’t thank you all enough for attending our event. We hope you had a great time and we hope to see you back at one of our future events!

So of with all the successes we’ve had in the past, we decided to do it all over again. I mean how could we not right? We seriously can’t wait as 2017 is sure going to be a blast!

A NOTE TO INTERESTED AUTHORS: At this time we are now accepting interested authors as we arrange and organize the details. Please refer to the tab above to sign up.

In the mean time, please do not be discouraged if you do not receive an invitation right away. We only have so many spots to fill and usually with 5 times the amount of authors signed up as interested. Even after we send out invitations, there may still be a possibility that you could get on as an attending author. Remember, people do have unexpected life changes and may have to drop from the event. In which case, we may need to refer back to our list. So don’t fret as there may be hope. 

We are so overwhelmed with the amount of people that already want to attend even though we just had our 2016 event. It really means so much to us that so many of you want to be a part of TAE. Please know that we will do our very best while making the selections when it comes to invites (invites will be going out the beginning of July). We not only will try to get a good variety of genres but, we will also try to get a good variety of authors. 2017 will be sure to not only have established authors, but new indie authors as well. So please, bear with us while we are in the selection process. Regardless of who is invited, we do love you all! If you don’t get on as an author for 2017, there will always be another year as we’re not going anywhere.😉

  2. are you looking for volunteers to help the authors yet? I’d love to attend. Just met some of these fine authors at the NYC event and can’t wait to meet them again.

  3. Wondering how your ticket sales are doing – how many are left?? Thinking about travelling to go to this event but worried about travel costs. Any special deals if a participant stays at the Marriott?

    • Hi Tracy! I just happened to see your question and was wondering if you were able to resolve it because I had the same issue. If you printed the tickets online it was through Brown Paper Bag so if you go to that site, you look up your purchase and reprint the tickets. Good Luck.
